Had an excellent experience with the team at Falls Chevrolet. Smiles as soon as I entered the building, respectful and Nick was super helpful with my questions and with fixing my car on a Friday before the long weekend.... Had an alignment problem, took it in for a look and gave me the quote for the repair but originally said Tuesday pick up...But within half an hour from the time I got home, I got a phone call from Nick advising that his parts guy was able to get the parts today and fix the car! Before 4pm they had the car fixed and ready to go! With complimentary shuttle to get me home from dropping off the car to picking me up so I could get my car! I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism from this dealership! I would highly recommend their service team! Great job guys! Thank You for getting me back on the road for the long weekend! Hearts and Hugs!

I was skeptical at first about placing a factory order during the chip shortages but I am so glad that I did. Jeff gave me his personal cell number and answered any of my questions and concerns 7 days a week. To top it all off the truck came in much faster than I expected. The customer service could not have been better and I could not have felt more comfortable dealing with both Jeff and Carol. All around best case scenario for my first new vehicle buying experience. I won’t deal with anyone else.
